Moxy, NEC, Birmingham

The project is located in the heart of the NEC Birmingham complex comprising of eight storeys and 224 Moxy Bedrooms.

Construction works began in the middle of August 2018 and completed in January 2020.

A unique build comprising of fully modular bedrooms and bathroom POD’s using the latest Cross-Laminated Timber technology.
