This Gloucester City Homes development was split into 3 different phases the first consisted of building 11 new affordable bungalows. The second stage was converting No.17 St James Close, which was formally the old wardens dwelling as well as communal areas, into 3 bungalows. The third stage consisted of building a new house as well as converting the old coach house into an affordable one. The whole development consisted of:

  • 9 x new two-bedroom bungalows

  • 2 x new one-bedroom bungalows

  • 3 x converted one-bedroom bungalows

  • 2 x three-bedroom houses
