Motel One, Oswald St., Glasgow

The project is located in the heart of Glasgow on Oswald Street, adjacent to Glasgow Central Station.

Technically the project was very challenging owing to the construction interface with a Listed operational railway station made even more challenging by the presence of an underground railway line along the edge of the site.

The hotel completed in July 2018 and is now in operation and is Scotland’s single largest operating hotel with 374 bedrooms.

Off-site construction was utilised with the use of modular bathroom pods.
