Motel One, St Peters Sq., Manchester

Located in the heart of Manchester City centre the Motel One Manchester – 3 St Peters Square combines luxury, design and sophisticated furnishings with the usual unbeatable, affordable prices. Thanks to the hotel’s central location, you can easily reach everything on foot.

The project will consist of a demolition of an existing 1970’s building known  as ‘Peterloo House’ and the construction of a 20-storey building comprising of 328-bed Motel One on the ground and eight upper floors along with a 262-room Staycity Aparthotel above.

3 St Peters Square will add to Motel One’s already well established 302-bed Royal Exchange and 330-bed Piccadilly hotel.  Following completion in 2022, Motel One will have 960 beds available in the heart of Manchester.
